For years, Tom ran Headquarters Films, arguably one of the top five commercial companies in the world. The industry changed drastically, and Tom single-handedly changed business models – moving from a director-based star chamber to a lean, agile outfit driven by top-notch digital production. Tom no longer “reps” directors; he produces branded content. His bullshit detector is second to none, so if ever there was an ad man equipt to evaluate truth in advertising, it’s Tom. He’s worked with every brand and celeb you can name, but today the name of the game is practicality.
